A work prioritization matrix is a simple framework that allows you to evaluate the items on your to-do list and prioritize them according to the urgency and impact of the task against the effort it takes to complete the task.
High urgency and low effort items should be prioritized over high urgency, higher effort and low urgency, low effort tasks, whereas low urgency and low effort tasks should be avoided altogether.
